At Macaroni Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
